beautiful panels
These panels are well-made and require minimal sanding.

Good product, but too pricey
I like to paint and enjoy these. They are generally pretty good, however they occasionally have chips or uneven surfaces. My biggest complaint is the value...a bit expensive in my opinion...about 33% more than what I’d consider a “fair” price point.

Looks good at first glance, and then disappointed.
Purchased these (3) to create artwork for upcoming exhibit. Panels are beautiful and appear well made. Love that they are made in the states. However, as I began to work on them I noticed the two edges that follow the grain of the wood are not smooth. See pictures. Very disappointed. Does not live up to the quality look. Checked all three panels and they are the same. No time to reorder. I was also VERY disappointed with FedEx’s delivery.

Completely ready to work on. I gave a light sanding before either black or white gesso, and sanded between rk on.if want a very smooth surface.

Same problem again
It happened again! Just check the photos (both sizes 12" x 12" and 24" x 24"). It's not that hard, but it makes a huge difference for me and the customer who pays for X size, goes to the framing store and SURPRISE! it is not exactly the written size. It may seem like I'm complaining for nothing but it happens over and over, so I wonder if it is that difficult to cut an exact size with all the technology we have nowadays. Gonna try Ampersand sand panels next time.
