Good quality wouldn't use anything else but fluval filters there're just so easy to clean and use

Original valve failed after 6 months and I had a slow leak. Ordered this Saturday afternoon and it arrived Sunday morning. Such a relief to have it fixed and dry again!

Worked a dream just like the original

This is a very good product - does the job, simple to use. However the leavers on the valve are too flimsy. The Grey one in particular ia too weak and when closing the valve it can be broken. Fluval should improve this product and make it stronger.

Reliable as always with Fluval products, this external filter componant is easy to install and robust in its quality. The only negative for Fluval components is that they can be a little high in price sometimes, compared to other brands. However, the wide selection of individual components available for their filters does allow for greater longevity of your aquarium products and set ups.

Had an emergency and used this with a few stumpy pieces of tube to connect filter to a 30gallon trash can. My tank sprung a leak and moved my African chiclids with some of the substrate and water.l to the can. They survived and got them moved to the new tank 2 weeks later. Was glad I had authentic spare parts on hand to quickly move the filter and save the fish. May grab another because I plan on holding onto this 704 for a long time. (I was still using a 304 and a 404. New Parts are getting hard to find. They why I upgraded to 704)
