works fine but volume is very low when turned up all the way

Barely works.
The product barely worked with my iPhone 6S or my Galaxy S7. Sound quality was bad when I got it to work. Had to play with the jack a lot in order for mic to work. The hang up feature would only work sometimes. When the phone rings, it only rings through the handset. I either got a dud or this product is trash.
