Just the right size that a toddler can pick up with two hands and throw it or foot kick it. And toddlers love balls that bounce. Variety of colors can help teach the child his/her colors. May be a problem if you hve a dog that likes balls because even though they are pretty sturdy the right dog could puncture it. We put these balls in the car for park days. He has so much fun with them.

Great quality product & value for your money. I am a sports coach and all of my kids love them! Bouncy, easy to grasp/ catch even for under 5 years and no one cries if they get hit in the face (they actually laugh!) would recommend.

I bought this set because it came with a net to store the balls. They must've included the wrong size bag, because I could barely fit ONE ball in it much less six. That aside, the balls seem sturdy and were easy to blow up. I am looking forward to using them at our company event.

Actually, I use these as lumbar support when sitting on soft furniture that doesn’t recline. Their round shape allows targeting of the very spot causing lower back pain and deflating it a bit spreads out the support. Found that the 7” diameter balls are better than the 8.5” balls for adjustability. the 7” balls are also potentially great for a pickup game of dodgeball — the best gym game ever

They are not super big but big enough and they seem to be made with quality material! Perfect for my kids and pups. Comes with pump and bag, bright colors, love these, great bargain!!!!!😊

These are NOT Rhino Skin foam balls. They are very basic, and very poor quality 7" rubber inflatable balls. The one I inflated was badly misshapen (egg shaped), they aren't soft in any way. But the product description clearly says these are foam core balls, and on the balls themselves there's even a "foam" label. I don't see these balls listed anywhere on the Rhino Skin website, I can only assume this is a bad faith seller trying to trick people into buying a poor quality product by pretending to be associated with a high quality brand.

I ordered 2 sets of these balls for my son’s dodgeball birthday party. One of the balls in one of the sets had a hole in it and wouldn’t hold air. Amazon credited me $9.37 for the faulty ball. The rest of the balls were great, and the perfect size for the party.

So, main thing you need to know about these is their description is a TOTAL LIE. They are not foam balls, they are rubber balls. They are also no 8.5 inch balls, they are 7 inch balls. Someone at this company has completely failed at correctly labeling these, and has clearly added them to Amazon solely based on the label on the ball. These are 7", rubber inflated balls. Rhino-skin is a feature on foam balls, so that part is also a lie. They are extremely squishy and bouncy, 6 of them arrive in this package, of various colors. They are a bit bigger than a canteloupe, but significantly smaller than a traditional playground kickball/dodgeball (which are the 8.5 size advertised). You will need a pump, as they are mailed deflated, and again, they are air fill/rubber balls. DODGEBALL RELEVANCE: These are exactly equivalent to "NO-STING" 7 inch rubber dodgeballs used by Weho Dodgeball, and Stonewall Dodgeball on the east coast. They are fairly durable, and pretty well made. Only had them for a week, but for the price-point of 6 for 30 dollars, if you are a new dodgeball entity, or are putting together a new PE course, they are well worth your investment, in my opinion.

Ok so I saw a lot of comments talking about how there was no needle, I literally ordered 3 and every one of them came with a needle in a tiny compartment on the handle. Good quality for price, only criticism is that they are a bit smaller than I imagined but still work perfectly for dodgeball and other sports.

When bounced these balls are unpredictable, when rolled they deviate from their path and when thrown they change trajectory in mid flight. To summarise, these balls are not round and have little to no use in a playground. They will only serve to frustrate children and anger anyone who purchases them. Why the word foam is associated with them I have no idea. I regret this purchase and the waste of energy in transporting them from and back to the UK. Lorsqu'elles rebondissent, ces balles sont imprévisibles, lorsqu'elles sont roulées, elles dévient de leur trajectoire et lorsqu'elles sont lancées, elles changent de trajectoire en plein vol. En résumé, ces balles ne sont pas rondes et n'ont que peu ou pas d'utilité dans une aire de jeux. Elles ne serviront qu'à frustrer les enfants et à irriter ceux qui les achètent. Je n'ai aucune idée de la raison pour laquelle le mot "mousse" est associé à ces balles. Je regrette cet achat et le gaspillage d'énergie qu'a représenté leur transport depuis et vers le Royaume-Uni.
