Purchased this thing because I’m officially old and I have a bad lower back. At first I was skeptical because of the seemingly flimsy build quality, but so far this thing is surprisingly intuitive and useful. The big question is how long it will last, which only time will tell. It has rubber tips on the “claw” grabber portion which provide ample friction for picking up various stuff. The squeeze handle operation works surprisingly well and doesn’t require much effort. It’s also very lightweight and the claws are wide enough for picking up most reasonably sized household items. Like many other reviewers I see myself buying another one of these when this one inevitably breaks. It also works well for picking up trash around the yard.

I bought this to pick up trash along the road while I’m taking walks. It works amazingly well. Picks up bottles, cans, wrappers, bags, little pieces of styrofoam, etc. with ease. Great product!

I bought this for post partum. my bed was higher up, I had a c section and did not want to be bending down to pick things up off the floor. It did exactly what I needed. I still use it to this day. the magnet is absolutely wonderful. Very good quality, makes things very easy. helps my toddlers hand eye coordination and gets him to want to pick things up. he likes to make it a game- use the grabber to put his toys in the bucket. a double win!

This lasted a little over 2 years, and was great while it lasted. In its heyday it could pick up a cigarette butt off the sidewalk but eventually claws became misaligned and one broke off. Worth the money though and i will replace with same

Does the job on most items that one would routinely need to pick up, if dropped. Great functionality, size, sturdiness, and portability. That said, it is not meant for heavy items, though I have used it to bring heavier items forward or up high enough to grab the item. This grabber can pick up a credit card off the floor, ear buds, cell phone or even a small nut or pill dropped on the floor. If you have pets, and drop something they should not eat, this is what you need readily available to get it off the floor before they scarf the forbidden item off the floor! Post-surgery or adaptability tool worthy of its purchase - have used it to help move sheets & blankets while in bed, hold a pant leg while dressing, grab clothes off the floor, and do some basic household chores such as wipe up a small spill on the floor or grab my laundry from the washer and dryer. You can grab and twist to lift heavier wet towels to help reach.

I bought one of these after having back surgery, which required me to not bend lift or twist. It’s such an amazing item for the price. I’ve even used it to pick up pills that I’ve dropped. I ordered a second one for the second story of my house. My occupational therapist liked it better than the one she’s and recommending.

This is a nice, lightweight, easy-to-use grabber tool. Post-surgery - such as for a hip replacement - it's a must-own.

Seems very strong and grips easily when handle is squeezed. Took some thought on how to fold it, but will probably not do that very often. Good quality for the price.

Having had a hip replacement I had purchased a similar product in 2024 which was useless. A week ago had my 2nd hip replacement and needed to purchase something that actually worked. This power grip is a game changer!!! This assists with picking up dropped items, helping one dress. It is slightly tricky to pick a phone off the floor, however "angling" the phone and obtaining a grip - it's possible too! The product has a solid feel to it unlike other similar products. East to use. Extremely happy with this power grip and all the functions. High recommend for post operative care and the elderly. Buying another for my Mother.
