About a year ago I found out I was quite low on B12. I actually had to get B12 shots for a while. After I was back to a more normal level I was told to use these. I was worried that supplements wouldn’t help, but these dissolve right under your tongue and so it goes right to your bloodstream. When I went back recently I was actually at the high end of normal!! These dissolve pretty quickly, taste alright, and are pretty small.
