Men's Tilt Skateboarding Shoe

I've been wearing Globe Tilt shoes for over 12-13 years now. I ride BMX daily in one pair, work at the office in another pair, and do garage chores in my older worn out pairs. Call me a simpleton, but I cross my fingers that Globe never stops making these. I've tried plenty of other similar skate shoes over the years (Etnies, DC, etc.) and every time I come back to Globe Tilts again and again. Padded well and sewn right, they perform under athletic stress, yet are comfortable as all day casual wear too. Bonus: they grip nicely on flat pedals (even if not intended use).Seriously, as long as Globe offers this shoe, I'll be buying them as needed.

So far, I really like these shoes. As I've said on another pair, since I was able to buy two separate Globe shoes for less than $100!, these are quality shoes and very affordable. After hours of searching online, in stores, and wandering around Chicago (I'm from Michigan) I finally ended up back on the Globes shoes. I'll admit, I thought they were pretty ugly when I first saw the styles of Zumez's website. However, Amazon has a better selection. I just chose the black/black style so I can get a clean look, especially in the spring.That all being said... these shoes were just a hair too long and a little more narrow than I'm used to (considering I was wearing super tight DC's for 3 months before they crapped out) but I'll adjust to the size soon since my old Van's (8 years, poor things) were more this style. And I'll tighten the laces more, which I'm not looking forward to. The only thing I don't like about these, and it could be due to the sizing issue, is that when I step forward, the front top portion of the shoe bends with my foot, which irritates me. I'm hoping the lacing will fix that upThe shoe itself is very comfortable. The soles seem sturdy (time will tell) and the lacing system looks solid. Overall, I am very satisfied and look forward to keeping these for years.

When I bought these I was worried about them not fitting. They not only fit, but feel amazing and was exactly what I was looking for in a skate shoe. From the box they look great and fit pretty good, I do have to lace them differently but I usually have to anyway so that wasn't a problem.The insoles are pretty good for most skating if you're a lighter person, I had to swap them out with the ones I normally use and again that's something I do anyway (which i think most people that skate do also).As for durability they've held up nicely and still pretty new. I've had them for I think a month by now and they still hold and grip like they did from the box, and I skate just about every day when the weather permits. These are my go to, and have replaced my last pair of skate shoes.Im definitely sticking with Globe when I buy my next pair of shoes.

I bought these for my husband and he said they are the most comfortable shoes he’s ever worn! We both love the look of skate shoes from when my son bought them but they are not known for full support. I did so much research before I bought them and this particular pair of GLOBES got the best reviews of all the name brands. One guy said he’s been wanting them for ten years. You can’t go wrong with these and they come in a lot of different color combinations. He mentions them every day he gets home how great they feel. I’m going to get more for sure!

I ordered a half size up and they feel super comfy. Definitely the "puffy skate shoe" feel. I walk about 8 miles a day at work and these are excellent compared to a flat tennis shoe with no arch support.UPDATE I've now been wearing these shoes most days at work for over a year and they are STILL comfortable, and still in pretty good shape. I can tell they will last and look decent for at least another year or 2. Very well made shoe.

I purchased these shoes and loved the way they looked and fit. the problem is that within 3 months of purchase the sole was fallen off the left shoe where the seam had came apart. within another week the same thing happened to the right. i would recommend trying something else for the price.

I don't know what it is but every consecutive pair of globe shoes i buy get progressively worse and worse. First pair was awesome and lasted a year, second pair the upper separated from the sole within 3 months, now i get the tilt and the heel has fallen apart in the first day and the shoes squeak like mad when I walk. I just can't find a shoe my size that is A: Stylish and doesn't look like something someone in a boca raton retirement facility would wear and B: Durable. I'll never buy Globe shoes again unfortunately unless I see that they up quality.

Bought these because they reminded me of the days when skate shoes were king. I was always partial to Adio, Etnies, DC and Fallen and never bought myself a pair of Globes until now. Wow, am I impressed. Unbelievably comfortable, they look beautiful and I can see them lasting a very long time. Been wearing them for a week now and they still look fresh out of the box. Incredibly happy with my purchase.

I used to sell Globe footwear so I've always been more than happy with style, fit and quality. It's been a while and since then I have had other brands, all of which have decreased in quality with changes to types of soles etc. These were like stepping back into an old friend.

Really nice shoes, sadly my boyfriend has really fussy feet and we had to return them. They are well made and looks great. maybe a bit on the larger side size wise. He is a 10 and think a 9.5 would have been spot on. Can't comment on how well they last as they were returned due to sizing and fit issues.

Came early, nicely made with that typical cool ‘Globe ‘ style, colour, shape, graphic, aesthetically great.. Pleased, worn around the world, today’s Globe is instantly connected. These trainers stand well with their name giving a clue, ‘ Globe Footwear ‘ Fit in locally as well as world wide, and they feel great whilst on, so comfy as a skate shoe, or equally as fashion type everyday foot ware.. 9/10 & already looking better than my well made DVS & DC’s... Quickly becoming my favourite trainer..Thanks Australia for sharing with us.

Nice looking pair of shoes, plenty of support around the ankle. Giving a four star simply because 1) the sole if very prone to picking up stones and debris 2) the bottom plastic area of the laces, seem to rub on the inside of the shoe on my little toe (can be very irritating at times, and could be because I have pasty feet ??)...... Being put through the test in the last couple of days with the wet weather, and socks are still dry at the end of each day......The main gripe being the slight rubbing from the lace support, other than that very happy with.

Looks exactly like the pic. Vibrant orange detail on clean black. Digital camo panels look smart against the black. Comfortable to wear although the tongue takes a little time to soften up but this was expected. Feels like wearing slippers outside! Not recommended for anyone with foot issues basically no arch support or anything like that. Will probably buy another pair.
