The price is right and the quality is there.. I have run this pump for 15 months non stop and it is still working well. I am very pleased

I am using this pump in a water fountain on my back patio. It works great and is providing a great water feature that is both pleasant and practical. The fountain creates a soothing sound thanks to the adjustability of the flow rate. It also invites the area birds, especially the hummingbirds, to come and bathe in it. Something I didn’t expect with the rapid water flow rate I selected. The pump itself is quite, so all you hear is the water falling. This is what attracts the birds. To see them come and enjoy their stay is both exciting and satisfying. I also really appreciate the ‘dry burning protection’ design because it’s a protection for those unexpected and unavoidable situations that could destroy the pump. I am really pleased with the pump and recommend it for similar applications.

It’s a good pump. I like that it shuts off the water gets too low. Works well in my two tier fountain. If you leave the pump plugged in without water for too long (couple of days) then it may not restart. It happened to me. But turning it over to release air bubbles did the trick. Otherwise the rest happens in10 seconds.

Do yourself a favor and don’t run through three cheap pumps in 18 months that barely work straight out of the box and just get this one right from the start. It’s whisper quiet, works perfectly, lasts forever, and even the plug is super narrow to fit through fountain holes, unlike the others. Yeah, I can’t say enough about this great product.

I used this pump to replace a much more expensive pump from a large name brand that had failed after only a few months of use in my outdoor water fountain. So far this pump has lasted longer than the expensive one if replaced and the water flow is strong and consistent. The pump is easy to take apart for cleaning and is a great value for the price.

The pump I received did not perform as strongly as previous identical ones I’d had so I contacted the company, who responded immediately and promptly resolved the issue by sending me a new pump. I highly recommend this company for their excellent attention to customer satisfaction and because their pumps work reliably in my fountains.

After 1 year of use, pump occasionally quits pumping, continues to run , only lifts water about 2 feet

Pump works as it should. I chose this particular pump because of the auto dry protection. I am using in a garden water fountain and i have noticed that the water pressure drops as the water level does. Upon adding more water, it immediately picks up pressure. It came with more than enough tubing, so there is plenty of extra of needed. I actually recommended this pump to my mother since her old one stopped right about the time I got mine up and running. I would purchase again for another fountain that I am working on.

Only one thing needed....a 5" or 6" tube attached to the pump to be above the top of the water in my pond but thats purely personal design. Other than that it works great!
