I feel so much better since I began taking Femmenessence. I have more energy. I sleep better and I feel mentally balanced. I even danced a little in my bedroom to some music. I did it because I felt like it. It's really been years since I had that feeling. I could no longer multitask. I could only focus on one thing at a time. I found myself doing a second thing since taking this, so I am excited to see how much more I improve by using this. I somehow discontinued taking this for the last year and a half. About a month ago I had an abnormal EKG. About every 4th to 17th beat my heart would miss a beat. I was feeling ill and kept having episodes and it was difficult to do my job. I thought I was going to have to quit and I love my job as a flight attendant flying all over the world. I set up the appointment with the cardiologist. Then I started researching the heart problem and the abnormal beating. I was looking for a natural healing. It lead me to balancing my hormones with this MacaPause. I took one capsule at night 4 days ago and the next morning for the first time in more than a year I felt incredibly normal. All day long I checked my pulse. It was regular. My heart was not missing any beats. Today is the 4th day of MacaPause for me. My heartbeat is still regular. I feel human again and have my old energy back, my drive, my motivation. I am so excited that I will still be able to fly a few more years it seems like. And yes, I will keep that appointment with the cardiologist just to make sure I am heart healthy. A new EKG may tell a new story of a steady heartbeat. I look 53 but am actually 73 and feel 47 again! I don't know if this will work for anyone else but it gave me back my fantastic life.

I bought this product to help with energy and to help keep my hormones balanced as I am in post menopause. A nature path recommended this to my sister, and she recommended it to me and I recommended it to my sister-in-law who has had excellent results with this product for her hot flashes. It’s a really high quality product so I feel good about recommending it. Because I am sensitive to most medications and supplements, I do take just half the suggested dosage, which seems to give me a little extra extended energy for the day.

While I think this is a good quality supplement, and did give me energy, it also made me hungry, so that's not a good tradeoff. Nothing that makes me hungry is anything I'll ever buy again, so this product was a no-go for me. I originally got these for my mom who is post-menopause and because of breast cancer, can't take PremPro anymore. My mom hasn't really noticed anything while taking them, but then again, my mom has taken so many different natural menopause supplements and never noticed anything with any of them. She loved Prempro and was heartbroken when her doctor refused to give it to her anymore because she got breast cancer. According to her, none of the natural stuff has really worked for her. I was hoping this would be different, but it wasn't :( I just tried it because my body weight is so low that I don't get periods so I figured it might be good for me. The doctor tried to give me some nasty chemical hormones which had listed side effects such as weight gain, acne, edema, hair loss, depression, etc., so I threw those nasty things in the trash without even opening the bottle. I'd never even consider a medication that could give me side effects like those. So I thought I'd try something natural - and these did give me a sense of well-being and good, smooth, non-jittery energy without any crash afterwards. But I noticed that I also wanted to eat more after I took them so I quit. For me, nothing is worth being hungry or gaining weight for, no matter what possible positive effects it could have. I'm giving 3 stars because it didn't do anything bad to either one of us, except for the hunger thing, and to me, it felt like it had some really good qualities. It might not increase everyone's appetite, that could've been just me, and the energy and sense of well-being it produced was positive. Hormonal supplements can be different for everyone, so I suggest that people experiment around and see what works for them and what their body responds best to. I have found that in terms of hormonal products my body responds well to Evening Primrose Oil and Alfalfa Powder and I would recommend both of those products for female hormone balancing.

highly recommend this product for a perimenopause supplement. I have been on it for years, and recently stopped taking it cause I am tired of taking pills - as a result I started getting hot flashes, pretty severe throughout the day. So I started taking it again as well as B-complex, and hot flashes are gone, I have more energy and I noticed my hair is much healthier. Everyone is different but this product works for me.

It is helping with post menopausal symptoms symptoms. I noticed the benefits after about 2 weeks. Too pricy though

I purchased this product but had some medical side effects but was recommended by the company to keep taking it as this can be normal. However, after 3 months I developed major dizzy spells which all subsided when I quit consuming. Femmenessence offered extremely poor customer service.

So very helpful. I'm 60 and this made me feel so much more normal. Really really recommend it. My biggest problem with it and the only reason it didn't get a five star is because I wish they wouldn't spend so much money on the packaging and just ship it in a pouch. Save us some money lower the price
