The removal of the extra co2 sensor is unfortunate. If it retained the co2 sensor, I'd give it 5 stars.I had less problems getting the Glow C configured in the app. It also seems to be a little better about staying on WiFI, although it has dropped once.It is much better about kicking the air purifier on and off versus the older model. It would frequently run all the time with the old model as it was a bit inaccurate.It is sensitive to heat sources near it which isn't the sensors fault. For example, we have a powerline adapter in the same port and it causes the temp to run high by a few degrees. ### ⭐⭐ Unimpressed *by W***E on Reviewed in the United States on February 24, 2020* I purchased this specific unit because it came so highly recommended in many reviews, none of which were related as far as I can tell. Our house is full of dust and particles; I can never keep it clean. I suspect it is also affecting our general health, quality of sleep, and very sensitive skin. But according to this thing, I live in a perfectly clean Nirvana. Every section was a nearly perfect score and frankly there wasn't much I could do to change it,Sorry, I just don't trust the results at all. Not. At. All. After a shockingly positive reading in the family room, I decided to test it out by moving it to a couple of rooms that I knew had issues:1. Our master bathroom does not have an exhaust fan, and a husband with a penchant for extremely long, hot showers. Every two weeks, mildew growth is visible on the paint on the other side of the bathroom and the grout is just godawful. There's no way to ventilate the room in the winter unless we want to freeze so we do our best to deal with it.As I write this, my husband is taking one of his epic showers. We have had the unit plugged in for a week. According to it, everything is "Good" with a humidity of 35% (LOL - you can't even see through the steam) and an air temp of 66 (which is plausible but not likely).2. When we first received it, I was painting one of the bedrooms with primer and several coats of paint. Absolutely no warnings or issues with the chemical reading or air quality even though I couldn't breathe in there for too long.My methods are hardly scientific. However, I think I have significant reasons to doubt the accuracy of this device given my tests. ### ⭐⭐⭐ An IoT must have, but with limitations *by D***S on Reviewed in the United States on July 14, 2020* This is a must have IoT device, in my opinion. The temperature and humidity calibrations are accurate enough for what this device offers. The only reason it is not a five star is that I have found them notoriously unreliable for self resetting over any number of issues. When my first purchased unit went offline and needed to be physically unplugged and plugged back in again, I initially chalked it up to a fluke. I now have three units and at some point - it can be weeks, it can be months - every unit needs physical removal from a outlet to reset. This makes them unreliable if one is controlling a dehumidifier, heater, a/c unit remotely. Definitely worth having, but not reliable enough to fully trustworthy to run things remotely with the outlet function.
