**Q: What color is the palm rest you received? The product description says black, but I received a gray/graphite color.**
A: It’s dark grey.  Very misleading.  Because apparently there are two color MX keys keyboards.  Graphite, which matches this wrist rest and black.  I have the black keyboard and don’t want a graphite rest

**Q: How does this compare to glorious pc master race wrist rest (normal thickness)?**
A: Matching the low profile design of the MX Keys keyboard it is quite thin, about 7 mm. This effectively raises your wrists about 4 mm once the padding settles. The wrist rest has an nice texture that is smooth but still not too slippery. The (gel?) padding has enough give without forming deep indentations to trap the heels of you palms. Given the fixed slant of the keyboard, it is most ergonomic in a setup with a tray/shelf just above your lap.

**Q: I intend to use this, with the mx key for mac, in a mobile manner.  is there a black mesh to connect them available [with appropriate space between]?**
A: This is a separate padded piece for you to place wherever you please or require.

Update below Original review: This is a nice concept but on a smooth desk this slides around. I'm having to constantly readjust it. It is soft and feels nice but it has too much hassle. I also received mine with one side slightly bent upwards. I was hoping it would just level out but no luck. This makes it have a rocking effect when using it. I dont think I would buy this one again if I needed to. Update! 8 months out I know my initial review is abrasive but I stand by my initial words. Now I have chosen to update my review from 3 stars to 4 stars as this product has proven durable. My desk sees a lot of use and I mean near daily operations, drinks, food, tools. All kinds of stuff at any given moment. I have a pad that my keyboard and this sit on and I noticed that pad is trashed and I purchased all of this at the same time. Looking into it more I find this product is very easy to maintain. Yes its slightly flimsy and bends and has no grip unless its on some kind of pad but its durable, useful and easy to maintain and clean. All of what you want. The only reason I have that at 4 stars is because it has no grip and is flimsy. If I don't use a mat and have this on a raw slick desk it will slide around to the point where its annoying. Other than that i do recommend this product. Give it a chance. Also the bend has leveled out but it did take 3 weeks for it to settle.
