Delightfully light, warm, large enough for a queen bed. Nice touch that they give a sham cover that the quilt can be folded up to fit in leaving it easily available. The quality is great and Yes, I would buy it again.

I don't have high expectations when it comes to products from Amazon Basics unless its from their tech section (cables, wires, etc.), but this was surprising. I am a college student and am always looking to stretch my dollar certain places. I bought a double (size of the mattress) a year ago and was using cheap blankets that eventually started shedding. After cleaning up that mess I ordered this amazing king comforter for my bed. There was no bad odor, discoloration, etc. It was pretty perfect for what my expectations were. And it comes in a nice zipper bag with handles should I need to move and transport it! This comforter is not dense and thick at the same time. It looks thicker because it is fluffy- if that makes sense. It's actually the perfect balance though. There are no clumps of filling in one spot and empty pockets elsewhere. It's all around even and a good amount of filling. Now the quality of the filling. It's not your nice down feather filling like in pricey sleeping bags. But I am the type of sleeper who loves a cool temperature room. Heck, I like the room cold as long as the blanket keeps me warm under the covers. And this does just that. It does not make me sweat (yuck) or leave me wanting. In fact, last night I used it for the first time with my simple bed sheet and actually slept-in by 3 hours this morning! I like how soft and gentle this comforter feels against my skin and face. I live in the central part of California, the temperature in my room gets to 60 degrees at the lowest. I'm a cool temperature sleeper, young guy, and not too big (don't generate much body heat). This kept me cozy and comfortable all night long. I can foresee using this during spring and maybe summer? Maybe. That should give you some idea as to the idea of warmth you can get from this comforter. If you are living in colder areas, this may not be thick enough for you- or have the right filling to trap body heat under the blanket for you. Likewise, if you are a tiny person who can take the cold at all, get something warmer or sleep with sweats on if you decide to buy this anyway. This is a great product A very nice product at a great, great price! Could not find anything more affordable than this at the same level of quality at Costco, Walmart or elsewhere! Plus, having a king comforter for a double was a nice luxury.

Good, basic reverisble, lightweight microfiber comforter blanket. Reasonably soft, steadfast color, does not produce lint. Easy to wash. May not be adequate enough, when used alone, to keep you warm during winter or when used in cold locations.

Well, it's soft & comfy... & light. If your the weighted blanket type, you'll want something else on top. But it's warm without getting sweaty/stuffy. And for the price... get 2 ; top/bottom/especially cold nights/overly drafty window/heat-stingy building.

Bought this as I needed some sort of blanket and its great. Its black on one side and gray on the other. Its soft and fits my bed and me perfectly. With it being lightweight and breathable make life easy. I like the texture of it and its similar to a blanket I had years ago. Give me some nostalgia from when I was a kid.

We have 3 in/out of the house. My boyfriends 2 kids and my nephew, however not often all together. So we have 2 beds one full and one twin. I was trying to find a color pallet that everyone would be ok with. The black/burgundy seemed like a nice fit. All bedding was Amazon Basics bedding. I did the burgundy sheets on the full bed with the black comforter. And the black sheets and burgundy comforter on the twin bed. My hope in ordering all within one manufacture that the color scheme would match. Not quite so. As you can see the color of the sheets vs. the color of the comforter is different. The sheets have a nice deep color, whereas the comforter is a dull rather unhappy color. It seemed so in the pictures online, but I know that sometimes the color hue can vary with online. So I was hoping they both being Amazon Basics that they would match. Not so. Believe the other reviewers. I have washed the sheets, but not the comforters yet. My fear in this is so far both sets of sheets have had pulls in the first wash. After seeing some of the other reviews about the comforters I am afraid to even wash them … now I am left in a pickle. I can’t return the sheets … should I bother with the comforters or just suck it up until they are unusable and go Walmart brand with next round (which has never let me down before). Would I recommend … probably not unless this was more for a disposable thing. If you were looking for a cheap one/few time use item, then maybe. It depends on again your purpose. If you want it for daily use, you may want to rethink. I will update should I have any changes as the kids use. My hope is that we have them weekends and so I will get some life out of my money spent. Pros: beautiful deep color on sheets soft feel Fits correctly Cons: pulling after first wash (sheets) Color doesn’t match comforter (more comforter issue than sheet) [burgundy only] I do quite a bit of my shopping online, particularly at Amazon, so like you I depend on reviews to be honest so I can make an informed decision.
