will cover a 32 inch monitor ?

I have a 27" monitor. This light covers about 2/3 of the top of the monitor. I have the light placed at the center of the screen, and it lights the entire monitor. I use a pull-out keyboard shelf for my keyboard, and it does a good job of lighting the keyboard as well as my desktop. Once mounted, the light can be adjusted up and down to cover as much space on your desktop that you need without shining in your eyes. I would purchase this light again in a heartbeat.

My measurement from top of monitor to top of bar light mounting bracket is 1-1/2 inches. Better allow for 2 inches. Good luck!!
