Was packaged well and delivered in perfect condition. It’s smooth and creamy just as it says. The taste is great. Will order this again. The only negative is the palm oil in it. Potential concerns of palm oil: • High in saturated fat – Regular intake can raise LDL (“bad”) cholesterol, which may increase heart disease risk in some people. • Ultra-processed foods – Palm oil is common in packaged snacks, cookies, frosting, and instant foods. The health risk often comes from the overall processed nature of these foods, not just the oil. • Inflammation risk – Excess saturated fat may worsen chronic inflammation in some individuals.

Excellent price. No problems with poor seals or other damage. Decently long expiration date becauss I love peanut butter and plan to suck it down in the next six months or less. Sugar - Yes, it has some. 6 gm carbs, 3 gm sugar. More or less safe for diabetics as long as you don't shovel it into your mouth Creamy texture = exactly as expected.
