I tried this multivitamin to see if I could see any changes to my overall health, because I've already tried just about every kind out there but sorry to say I can't tell any differences- yet. I just started taking this brand about a month ago so I'm hoping its just gonna take me a little longer before I notice any benefits. It is easy to swallow, like advertised and doesn't cause any stomach issues. Im almost through with this first bottle so now I've gotta decide whether to buy another. I bought it through Amazon because the price was pretty good. So I'm still undecided about this product.

I recommend these vitamins for 50 and up not only are they wonderful, but they also help with menopause. It gives you the energy that you need, also it doesn't make you feel sick. I take one a day and it is a miracle. Going through menopause gives you anxiety and also brain fog but if you take one of these everyday you'll see a difference in your life you won't have the anxiety or the stress. The quality is excellent and the brand is also third party tested. It's worth it and also it's not too expensive. Highly recommend it enjoy.

Good product but made my stomach upset ! Not a good value for me !

UPDATE: after taking these for a month I got another bottle and got this weird rash on my back. I am not sure if it's quality control or what but it was strange. I stopped taking the vitamins and it went away. Wanted to make sure it was the vitamins so I started taking them again and sure enough the rash came back. I threw the bottle out. I will not be re-ordering this product. I was so hopeful but you get what you pay for in this instance. Not worth the health risk. These vitamins are great. Like that they are in capsule for easier digestion. Was using other brand and started causing headaches. This eliminated the headaches and is giving me the minerals and nutrients I need. I'm post gastric bypass so I must take these multiple times a day and it doesn't cause any adverse effects while being WAY more economical than the branded bariatric vitamins.
