Swanson Kyoto Fermented Turmeric 30 CAPS

I have used this product in the past and then forgotten about it. In September, I had routine bloodwork which showed significantly elevated liver enzymes. I order fermented turmeric and began taking 2 per day, now down to 1 per day, and my liver enzymes are normal and my upper right quadrant has stopped hurting. Worth it.

This product works very well for me. I can feel the relaxing effect of it very soon after I take it. I find that the fermented form feels stronger than the regular form, so I prefer it. I don't need to take it with a meal or a fat in order to help it absorb better (like I do with other non-fermented forms of turmeric) because it's already fermented which helps the body to absorb it better. Also, it costs a lot less than other brands.

My wife loves this product for addressing her systemic inflammation issues.

Unlike many supplements, we can tell a difference between how we feel when we are taking this supplement and when we are not. We have tried many brands of Turmeric, but the fermented version seems to make an immediate difference in our energy levels and overall feeling of soreness.

Inflammation is a symptom and a cause of many ailments, according to my physician. Fermented turmeric, sez the doc, stops inflammation w/no NSAID side FX. It works per the recommendation: Both pain/swelling are relieved.

Maximum Strength Fermented Turmeric 760 mg 30 Caps  I have used this as advised by my physician, and I have have not needed to take NSAIDs in a long while now. Furthermore, I have seen improvements in my blood work while on this product. I am thoroughly satisfied with it. If you need to take turmeric for medical reasons, I highly Kyoto Fermented Turmeric.

It's very weak. If possible find real turmeric and either ferment it yourself or boil it. This really isn't very strong at all.
