Update 6/15/22: So the product is still great, though the filter could last longer, but this update is about the supposedly great customer service. After the whole mess below and Wingsol offering to send me a free replacement filter to make up for the issue with the adapters, they then asked me to upvote 50 or more of the reviews on the product page and they'd send a second filter as well. However, when I didn't end up doing that, they just decided to not even send the promised singular replacement filter. So... still a good product, but a less than reliable company. Do with that grain of salt what you will. First, let me say that now that I actually have this ON my faucet, it's working fantastic. I've always used Brita and Pur before looking for a less obvious alternative in desperation, because those two major brands were always such mediocre quality. I'm talking inevitable leaking, fit issues, flow issues, etc, every time. We got the Wingsol one on the faucet and it fits perfectly, it's really convenient in how it can be pushed to one side or twisted up or down out of the way, the water flow through the main aerator is strong and steady, and the flow through the filter is quick (but not so quick you worry it's not actually being filtered; when you turn it off there's still a light trickle that comes out for a few seconds because it came through the filter as you were turning it off.) And the taste is exactly what I hoped for. We live in a rural "city" in the Deep South, which means atrocious municipal water quality and frequent boil-water notices. The tap water as-is tastes awful and I don't actually want to imagine what's in it. Run through this filter, the water comes out crystal clear and tastes as good as if not better than purified bottled water. Now, this took a week to install--but that's not the product's fault. Turns out I have a slightly weird faucet. When I contacted the seller because none of the adapters had fit, they responded really quickly to every message and found an alternative adapter on Amazon for me and offered to refund the cost of it or send a free filter (I chose the free filter.) When the alternate adapter arrived and STILL didn't fit, they tried to help me figure out why, and then offered for me to purchase one of their under-sink systems which would be 100% refunded after reviewing. (They didn't even ask specifically for a positive review, just that I leave one.) Since we're renters and we've never messed around with the under-sink deal before, we waited a day to try a couple other things and ended up finding an adapter that worked with the weird thread style on our faucet, so there was no need to take the other offer when we already had this and it was working great, finally. Overall, the product itself is exactly what I needed it to be (love that it's stainless steel, maneuverable, easy to change the filter), but the responsive and attentive customer service really made what would otherwise have been a really frustrating experience absolutely gold. (Shoutout to Steven at Wingsol for being a solid dude and great customer service agent. Y'all need to give that man a raise.) Definitely recommend this, and by far over the overly-hyped Pur and Brita.

Literally, took just a COUPLE SECONDS to attach. IT FIT PERFECTLY, and worked much better than the one I had. The switch is so EASY TO TURN and not hard on the fingers. I noticed a DIFFERENCE in the WATER FLOW. Wow! It is much faster, with more pressure. The water is very CLEAN now, and tastes so much better. It is lab tested , in attachment, saying LEAD reduction 99.6%, CHLORINE 99.6%, and ARSENIC 50%. This filter, also lab tested, can reduce HEAVY METALS and chlorine greatly up to 99%. That is awesome filtration, and I think seldom customers know about this. Isn't that something that you would want to know? I can be comfortable drinking water now and to know it is filtering out all the impurities, from my bad and contaminated water. I am so happy I bought this! You will not be disappointed if you get this. I, usually, don't write reviews, but this was worth writing about. Thank you WINGSOL for making such a good & healthy filtration system. I, absolutely, love it!

This filter is a bit more costly than a Brita or Pur, but it seems to work so much better. Pros: Excellent water flow, sleek chrome design, convenient swivel design, good taste, easy switch between normal and filtered water flow, easy installation with all the necessary parts for any sink Cons: No warning to tell when the filter is finished (small issue) I can definitely recommend this sink water filter and think overall it's a good value for the money considering the extra faucet parts, great design and free filter (1).

This project is made durable and easy to install.

I've had this water filter since May 3, 2020, and it's working great! Just replaced my first filter. Pros Little to no 'taste' in the water (I had a metallic/rusty/chlorine taste before the filter) Reasonably easy to install Great with high water pressure Metal sturdy build (I had 4 PUR filters break on me because of their plastic build) Filter lasts 3 months Reasonably priced filters priced around $20 for 2. Cons Somewhat pricy compared to PUR water filters (but it's worth switching) Filters build seem a little cheap Some slight leaks, but fixed by tightening You may want to use plumbers tape on the faucet, but I didn't have to Can't reduce TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) I'm not a lab so I'm not able to test the quality of the filter compared to other filters. Check Lab results before buying! (Does the job for me, but maybe not for you) Overall I would recommend this water filter because it's build quality, easy installation, and fast water flow.

The wingsol water filtration was very easy to install, it’s not only pretty the filtration works great and it is easy to use.-

Super stainless steel water filter, worked great for 3 years and then it lost sum water pressure, so I just replaced it and it’s working great!!

I am writing this review after 8 months of use of this product and I am happy to share that I did not find any problem with this product. This filter works the best and also removes chlorine smell from the drinking water. This was one of the main purpose I purchased this water filter (Wingsol) This filter also seems to clean the water well. The great part is it fits in the UR taps without any problems as multiple attachments are provided with this product. This product is bit costly and suggest you to reduce the price so that majority of the people can purchase it without any second thought. Highly recommended for home use.

-Good build quality. No leaks at all. Also, comes with a wide array of adapters to help fit most faucet types. -Easy to use value feature to switch between filtered and regular tap water. -Great customer service experience as well.
