The chair exceeded my expectations. It's very comfortable, sturdy, and the red and black design looks amazing. I've had this chair for a year and I use it for work. So I'm sitting in it off and on during my 8+ hour work days plus when I'm gaming. For the most part, the chair has held up. It's still comfortable, nothing is fading, etc. It was easy to put together and I've only had to tighten screws maybe once or twice over the last year. I'd say it's worth the cost since it's still holding up. Now, for my negative and it might me a me thing. If you are someone who leans on one of the arms, the cushion will eventually flatten and shift. My right arm cushion is now mostly flat and you can see that the foam inside is now pushed off center. My left arm cushion is still perfect like day 1. I'm trying to get out of the habit of leaning while I'm gaming, but there's that. And since there is no way to remove or open the fabric, you can't replace the foam inside. That's it. It's easy to clean. I use a leather cleaner every week and it's still pink as ever. My back doesn't hurt halfway into the work day and you can adjust it as high or low as you need. I haven't used the massage pillow. It's mostly just vibration and loud. Not really a massage. All in all, I would purchase again in the future! The full chair photo is from the day I put it together. The arm pics are from one year later. As I mentioned, if you lean frequently, the one you lean on the most will eventually deform.

should last a long time. packaged well. have to put together. the vibrating seat is a gimmick. who is going to run a usb cord to a chair to get run over. but the chair is darn good for the price

So first and foremost this is the first chair like this I bought off the interwebs. So assemble was easy enough altho they really need to make the images bigger in the instructions. The base came with a crack on one of the decorative covers on the legs. Nothing major.. Nice n firm chair High Back even a neck pillow. Got the black n purple color.. love the look of it. Also it's rated at 400lb, which for me being a big guy was a plus! But I do have a few complaints. First.. while this chair does recline, it's not like a typical desk chair for reclining. There is no tension spring. Its.actually more.like a recliner then a desk chair. Instead of holding the handle to lean back it's to lock how far back one can lean. Also no tension means that if you don't have it lock it's gonna lean all the way back with little effort. But that makes it a pai when trying to sit up straight or just leaning back a little. Second issue is the handles for reclining and for raising & lowering the chair are soooo short you have to reach WAY under the chair to even touch them. And they.are also towards the back of the chair which makes it even more annoying to tey.and use the recliner locking handle because you can barely reach it while sitting in the chair. So while this was a good price, and it's a nice chair, it's not quite what I was looking for. I would also urge the companies that sell these kind of chairs to stress that this is not a tension Spring reclining chair like most desk chairs. I was looking use this as a replacement for my kitchen chair that barely goes to the middle of my back, leaving my neck unsupported and makes it hurt. While the high back it nice the reclining issue makes me question if this will be a good replacement...
