Do you need to blend it or could you shake it in a water bottle until its dissolved?

It blends best with a blender; however, the Base is soft enough to where it will work in a Blender Bottle if you shake hard for 30 seconds with the metal whisk inside.

Does this work for making vegan yogurt ?

Does anyone have a recipe for a vegan Mac and “cheese” with this s as an ingredient?

I use the following recipe for vegan cheese 1/4 cup of the JOI (no soaking cashew anymore) and 3 cup of yukon potatoes diced, 1/2 carrot diced,1/2tsp onion powder, 1 tspgarlic powder and 4 TBSP nutritional yeast, 1/4 tsp apple cider vinegar or slice lemon juice, salt and cayenne pepper to make my cheese sauce. Of course boiling the potatoes and carrots until tender. How does this differ from just regular cashew butter?

The JOI is concentrated base where you add water to make cashew milk. My experience is that the JOI base is too runny to substitute for cashew butter. I never tried to substitute and It would be an more expensive if you could substitute. Hopefully the manufacturer can shed some light on this for you.
