This book is laid out very well and flows from one subject to another. You will find Chapter 2 is all about EFT and God's Created Physiology, then on to Chapter 3 and the common misconceptions Christian's have about EFT. She goes on to clearly and succinclty lay out exactly how to use EFT. Many bonuses in the book are factual cases where EFT was used to help heal emotional trauma's, physical pain, behavioral problems and cope with negative emotions. EFT for Christians is a must read and resource book to help us clear the way to God so he can use this wonderful tool he gave us to help us "be in health". You will learn more about EFT and how to use it on yourself in different situations as you read the case studies than you may realize as you're reading. Her use of scripture is interwoven into the text in a comfortable, natural way that helps the Christian understand how EFT can be used in a clinical way within a faith context. As a psychology, counseling and addiction studies grad student seeking additional modalities to offer clients when in practice, EFT piqued my interest. As a Christian, concerns about how it would integrate with my faith led me to Sherrie's book. I'm so glad it did.
