Good product for the money. Made a mistake on my previous review. Shaft size is 1/4 inch.

So I bought these because I needed something that was a little softer which the stainless steel ones are to help with a project that I'm working on. On the main parts of my project I used a flap wheel but on the tighter areas I use these and got the exact same result as the large wheel. So I also tried using these on my cast iron skillet to detail some of the areas so I can bring it down to metal and re-season them. I bought a couple different varieties from home Depot and harbor freight that stated they were the same but I assure you were not. They do lose some metal but that's the nature of these. I will be buying again when these get worn down more so I recommend them to anyone who is in need.

I have not found a more cost effective way to accidentally remove skin from my wrist as I intentionally remove paint from a car part. These brushes are equally effective on motorcycle parts, though the bristles wear down much faster against motorbike parts than they do against my wrist. If you want to forgo the skin removal, be sure to keep the spinning bit away from the cuff of your gloves.

They wore out way faster than expected

These are effective and a decent value for the money, but they definitely shed wires. The wires are very small and will stick you right thru your clothes. Eye protection is a must, full face shield is not a bad idea.

These stainless steel wheel brushes work well and heavy duty. I used them to clean rust of my heat radiators. The set contains 7 different brushes with different sizes and shapes. Totally recommended.

High quality, I am very pleased with this purchase! Even used it on a used bbq grill I had purchased and the grill looks as good as new.

I use them cleaning up aluminum. Stainless is actually recommended for aluminum. Something my local hardware store doesn't stock.

Work ok on a drill , they don't last long but ok for the price. Nice fine bristle I used them to clean some aluminum before welding .
