Best quality and ease of use.
I bought a 1 kg can in April 2023 and applied this product on small areas of rooftop and on sunshade of first floor where small leakages were seen. The result was very positive as no leakage wa seen since its application and after two rainy seasons.

Good Product for my waterproofing
Definitely usefull for waterproofing,cracks or terrace even bathroom floor. Lower coverage with 1 kg especially with cement+301 in 1:1 ratio. 2-3coats is mandatory for excellent waterproofing. Then you can apply 302 for terrace, later Dr fixit roof seal classic. For better water leakage prevention on terrace. Also can mix with cement, sand for making motar for concrete repairs or rust prevention inside new building columns.

The product was exactly as advertised
The waterproofing admixture was received in a sealed condition. My Mistry (Workman) approved it and said that it was indeed the original thing. He used it to repair the spalled plaster of the ceiling. It was used very sparingly and is still with me for later use. A good product from Dr Fixit. Steps used by me: * Clean well the surface to be repaired * Use gloves to protect against skin allergy * Prepare the mortar as per step 4 * Apply Dr Fixit pre-coat: by100gm Dr Fixit + 150gm cement * While the pre-coat is still sticky to touch, apply the Dr Fixit mortar as: 1kg Dr Fixit + 2kg water + 10kg cement + 30kg fine Madras sand / stone dust + extra water as required for workability. * (Mix Dr Fixit URP in the 2kg water, slowly add cement and sand, continuing to mix well, and add extra water just enough to get a tight mortar.)
