In the United States, what you state, is absolutely true! Most people don't realize that full synthetic is not 100% synthetic in the United States. Which is why you see a sticker on full synthetic oils manufactured in or for the United States stating "certified by the petroleum Institute". BUT Germany, and most of Europe, has stricter labeling standards. In Germany, full synthetic = 100% synthetic! And this product is manufactured in Germany. Only the United States allows A LOT of products not labeled 100% accurately. This oil is 100% synthetic and grade level iv.
