My husband needs protection from sunburn, does this work for that?

I wear this for several hours at a time in direct sunlight and have been sufficiently protected from sunburn on my scalp without the need for sunscreen.

Can i add logos to these caps some how?

It might be tough to add a logo, maybe a small one on the back

Can you wash this hat in the washer?

I don't think I would wash it in the washer as I think it would lose its shape. I would only hand wash/spot clean.
