This vitamins are very good. They are very gentle in my stomach. I can take without eating. Others make me nauseous.

I have been taking New Chapter multivitamins for many years, this one for a few years on Amazon subscription. I have taken it on an empty stomach with no problems, as stated. I appreciate the organic and non GMO ingredients. I like that this one is spread out to 3 times a day, works for me. At one point I tried a different multi than New Chapter for a month, as I wanted to see if I felt a difference for which I did, hence coming back to New Chapter. With company ownership changes I have seen product and perhaps quality changes through time. Overall I do recommend this multi, just cannot anymore through Amazon. Most New Chapter supplements come in glass bottles and Amazon hardly protects the glass anymore through shipping.

I was never a big fan of multivitamin before coming across this product a few months ago, mainly because I never saw any notable effect and hated the feeling of nausea after taking the pills. This product, however, is completely different. First of all, you can take it on an empty stomach without feeling nauseated at all. This is a plus for me because I much prefer to take it before I leave the house without having had the breakfast. Otherwise, I'd often forget to take it. What's more important is the positive effects I've experienced with it. Prior to discovering this product, I had suffered some chronic yet serious fatigue about which none of my doctor can do anything. I was told that I was low on vitamin D and B12, but taking those supplements didn't help despite improved blood test results. The fatigue was so bad that I was forced to discontinue my swimming workouts, making my back pain even worse. This product significantly improved my energy level!!! I am also having less back pain and able to return to the pool again, after 2+ miserable years in which I could barely get by and couldn't do any kind of exercise. Although this does not cure my fatigue completely, the improvement in my quality of life from it is really nothing short of a miracle for me. Another unexpected benefit for me is that I now have less frequent yeast infections! Ever since my teenage years, I have been extremely prone to yeast infections (6+ in a year) and nothing that I tried before (yogurt, probiotics, Chinese medicine, herbs, and birth control pills) ever helped. I don't really know which ingredients among the list are the reasons for my improvements; I tried a lot of them before but never felt anything. However, as long as it helps, I will continue to take it despite the hefty price. To me the benefits I've got are definitely well worth the price!

I'm 47 going on 48 and take these. They are my favorite multi vitamin.

I'm a loyal brand customer, and this product is no different. I like the clean ingredients, the holistic approach to supplementation, and I can take these on an empty stomach. I can tell a difference in my energy level when I have forgotten to take them, but that is infrequent. I firmly believe vitamins are a "you get what you pay for" product. There is no benefit in taking synthetic vitamins that your body either cannot absorb or has little absorption. Costly, but we'll worth it!

I like this because you don't feel or taste and smell like medication/vitamin. Even better you can take it on empty stomach although most of the time I take it with my food. One more thing since this is pro-biotic rich vitamin I don't have to take extra pro-biotic with my meals. It is very easy to digest and 3 a day make me feel I really am taking care of my health

I love this brand of vitamins. This is the only brand that doesn’t make me feel nauseous. I can tell my body is absorbing them because unlike with other vitamins, my urine doesn’t smell strong.

I bought this for my wife and she loves it. More energy now and less tired.
