This neon light was so much better than the picture. It’s was packaged so well and the extra clothes for cleaning were nice. The light is well made and bright. It was custom made and it’s looks fabulous.

It surpassed my expectations, the colors are very nice Brite and deep in color. It will look very nice above my firepit bar. I would definitely by another one this co.

Completely satisfied with the finished product. Ordered as a gift for our friend's bar room that were getting married. Want sure how it would turn out but was completely satisfied with the quality and appearance. Gave it to them the other evening and they loved it so much that they hung it that night and it looked great over their bar. If I have a need for something like this again I'll definitely use this vendor. I highly recommend them.

I ordered this sign about a month ago. Been so busy, just found time to hang it up. Before I hung it up, I looked over the sign to make sure everything was spelled right. The sign looks good and it turned out somewhat like I ordered. The problem is I ordered the W24"x H16" sign. I thought the sign looked smaller than the advertised dimensions. I measured the sign, both height and width. It turns out, the sign is 3" smaller than advertised. The length is 1' 11" and the height is 1' 2." Call me dumb, but that is not the measurements advertised. I like the sign. I plan on keeping it. The sad part is that this is the level of customer service that you get now days. They charged me FULL price for the sign and then only sent part of the sign. I'm not sure why this sign could not have been made to the exact measurements. I hope this is not some lame attempt to cut cost at the expense of the customers. If it is, shame on them. Just thought I would make anyone interested in purchasing a sign aware of what you might get.

I love the sign for the price it is well worth it. No more half lit neon when it’s cold in the bar. The sign could be a little brighter but it is fine. I’m very pleased.

The online options for personalising the wording and colours was very simple to use and understand, the delivery was much quicker than I expected and the quality and finish of the product was stunning! If you're looking to create a truly memorable, one off gift for someone, I would definitely recommend this business.

Das Produkt ist wie angegeben nach 3 Wochen angekommen. Es gab jedoch ein Problem mit der Elektrik und deswegen ging das Licht nicht. Hab deswegen eine E-Mail an den Händler geschrieben und bereits nach 3 Tagen ist das Ersatzkabel angekommen. In der Verpackung gab es zusätzlich noch eine schriftliche Entschuldigung und eine Anleitung, um das Kabel mit LED-Leiste auszuwechseln. Das auswechseln hat ohne Probleme direkt geklappt. Hätte nicht gedacht, dass es so gut klappt. Das Glas wurde auch in einen sehr guten Zustand geliefert es sind keine Kratzer oder andere Schäden vom Transport sichtbar. Auf jeden Fall eine tolle Idee für die eigene Bar oder auch als Geschenk, kann ich es nur weiterempfehlen.

i'm really happy with this item.it's a gift for xmas (hence why pictures show it still in packaging) the recipient hasn't received it yet but i can't wait to give it i know they'll absolutely love itquick dispatch, received well within expected times and packed very well.would confidently purchase another!
