First time buying a yoga mat, it’s a good price, pretty, not squishy like I expected. But like I said this my first time getting one. So it’s durable and nice. Although it has like a factory/chem Linda smell for an hour or so when you first open it. Besides that the Thickness is like around an inch.

Good mat if you want something very light. It's a little slippery and I hope that will go away over time(doubt it) but I got it on super sale and it's a cute design. You can definitely feel all the floor beneath you but it gets the job done.

I absolutely LOVE THIS MAT, Y'ALL! I'm not a yoga practitioner so I've never owned a mat. I just recently started wall pilates and on my first attempt I was sliding allover the floor! It took more work for me to stay in place than the actual pilates did 🤦🏼‍♀️ So after that first attempt I immediately hopped on here and started searching for a good mat. This was one of the firsts to show and I loved it immediately but continued on my search. I came back here and read the reviews and ordered. Soooo happy I did! It's GORGEOUS, I love the size, great value for the money (I caught it on sale 😁), comfortable, durable, easy to roll up and unroll and keeps me in place 🙌🏼!!!!!!! Under $20? Check. Pretty design that makes me feel a little fancy even when I’m in old sweatpants? Also check. When it arrived (via Prime chariot), I unrolled it expecting at least a slight whiff of chemical doom—but nope! No weird smell. None. It was like opening a fresh new start. The 4mm thickness gives it just the right amount of cushion for my knees and wrists without feeling like I’m bouncing on memory foam. Plus, it lays flat immediately after unrolling—no dramatic corners trying to curl up and sabotage my poses. And when I’m done? It rolls up easily like a good little mat and goes right into the corner until our next stretching saga. Very thin material! I thought 4mm was much thicker (obviously had no clue so not their fault). Overall great quality but needs to air out before first use; overwhelming smell of plastic/chemicals.

I absolutely love this yoga mat.it is so beautiful&stylish!! It's soft and sticky(in a good way) when I use it my yoga class.the down side was a little rubber smell in the first few day so you have to use it more often then!delivery was quick in a good condition,over all 10/10 well done!! Also recommend to anyone.Will buy again when this one finish,thanks

It’s a good mat. A lot thinner than my other Gaiam mat but I’m liking how lightweight it is. Not sliding on it either :)

I'm delighted with my 4mm Gaiam Yoga mat. I took up Bikram Yoga 12 months ago, and was using an old mat I'd had for years which in hindsight is average quality. The change in quality and enjoyment to using this Gaiam mat is massive. Stability, gripier, easier to clean, rolls tightly yet never curls at the ends when laid flat again (been using it about a month now). It's just really good quality and makes my Yoga practice even more enjoyable. And the design I chose is meaningful too.
