Exactly what I ordered. I have seen some reviews on other extension cables saying they were shipped left hand versions. This is a right hand ext cable as indicated on the product sheet. When I plugged it into a USB port the cable went to the right. Product quality seems fine to me and worked in the application where I used it. I used it in a vehicle console. My USB memory stick stuck out of the port and I was concerned that it or the port would be damaged if something was set down on the end of the memory stick. With this cable I was able to route the wire beside the console wall and put the memory stick in the bottom of the console out of the way. The right hand cable plug doesn't stick out far enough to allow damage to the port if it is bumped.

Awesome little adapters, just what I needed for clearance issues when installing an Android car stereo. The stereo USB connectors were in the back, and the cables they included (pretty standard) were hitting my heater ducting with about half inch left to go before the stereo was seated. These adapters solved that issue, the unit seated perfect with these in the back. If you get these for that same reason make sure you get them in the orientation (left or right) that kicks them away from the other connectors...Also used them with this...USB Flush Mount Cable - Rerii 1 Meter 3ft Dual USB Extension Flush, Dash, Panel Mount Cable, for Car, Boat, Motorcycle and Moreturned out great!

I own a Bernina QE 770. A friend told me not to keep putting the flash drive directly into this sewing machine. Eventually, the flash drive could cause damage to the machine buy putting it in and taking ir out all the time. She suggested I get an Extension cable as this would remain in the machine and if anything gets overused, over time, I will need to replace an item that is less than $10. Otherwise, these expensive sewing machines, when they need fixing it is not cheap. I HIGHLY - HIGHLY REOMMEND THIS ITEM. I know it works.

Perfect adapter to extend the USB input on a flat screen tv mounted on a roll-around stand that covers up all inputs on the back of the tv. The right tool for allowing the use of a usb thumb drive. Looks like good quality. Very satisfied with purchase.

Very well made cord. Works fine. Ordered a second set. However purchased dual cords left and right combo option. Much better value.

I bought this one and another brand at the same time. Tried them both out. I like this one the best (the UCEC). Both brands had plugs that fit well but the UCEC wire is more flexible. If you are familiar with silicone insulated car audio wires, that's what this wire is like. Thick and sturdy, but flexible. Decent strain reliefs at each end of the wire. I use it on my laptop which rides around on the passenger seat in my car.

The product itself is fine functionally. But the order was botched. I ordered both left and right extensions so that I could get each in case anything went wrong. All the extensions came with the male end coming from the same side (all right). Additionally I received the wrong number total items. I was shorted. It is funny how there are never too many; always the error is on the side of being shorted. The other confusing factor is that the images as shown on the item page are not all labeled. So you can say to yourself, "that's the one I want". But you never end up knowing if you are looking at a left image or a right image. Anyway ... frustrating. One more tidbit. The left and right are not consistent from image to image.

So Far So Good. I say that because of my experience with things in general, and electrical things like this in particular, that are made in China. The external appearance suggests very good quality, but you can't read a book by its cover.E.g., a few months ago I bought a set of 5 metal plug adaptors, 3.5 mm to 1/4 inch, that are beautiful on the outside. Only 1 of the 5 is still working. Of the other 4, two simply fell apart and the other two have internal electrical connections that are so flaky the adaptors are unusable.)A friend of mine, with some experience in Chinese matters, believes that China makes very high-quality items for the military while items of dubious quality go into the consumer market. His favorite example is Harbor Freight. Enough said.For now, this cable gets the benefit of the doubt. I will update this review if things change.
