Update: I had my 4th meniscus surgery a few days ago. The PhysioNatural brace is seriously a lifesaver. I've used my brace and 2 gel packs non-stop for the last 5 days. It provides not only cold therapy, but also compression and stability. I have not had ANY swelling from the surgery because of this brace. The brace is also acting as a cushion, protecting my knee from it being bumped or hit. The hospital provided a knockoff style cold therapy wrap with 2 gel packs, but they are garbage compared to my PhysioNatural brace and cold packs. Sometimes when I'm laying down and don't want to use the brace, I'll simply use one of the cold packs tucked into an elastic bandage. The cold pack still provides 30min of intense cold therapy. Thank you PhysioNatural!! My first Amazon review wasn't published, so I'm going again. I've had my PhysioNatural brace for just about month and use it multiple times a day. It's the best brace and cold pack! I have 3 tears in my meniscus along with floating pieces of cartilage. I'm awaiting my 3rd surgery for this same knee. I was tired of trying to balance an ice block on my knee so I searched for a different way to ice. I had a difficult time finding an ice brace with long enough straps. I saw this one and the size measurements were perfect. I'm so glad I ordered this one over any others. It's super comfortable to wear, stays in place, and fits larger legs. The gel packs are perfect, they freeze up quickly, form to the contour of your knee, and the cold lasts for a long time. I just spent the last 2 days driving from California to Texas, over 1800 miles. This brace saved my knee so much! I kept a cooler of ice and switched the packs out every few hours and iced my knee as I drove. Absolutely 💯! Best idea ever! Thanks PhysioNatural, you guys rock!

I was searching for a while to find an item like this! The ice packs stay cold for 30 minutes, it fits very nicely in the skin safe pouch, and the ice packs easy to conform around the front of my knee! The Velcro is great and it’ll hold very tight. The softness of this product is great as well and I couldn’t be more happy with it! I love that it comes with two (2) ice packs! Overall, this product works very well and I would highly recommend it especially with someone who had knee surgery

I bought these knee gel ice packs for my mom, who just had knee replacement surgery. I wasn’t sure what would help, but I wanted something to ease her discomfort. Right after surgery, I showed the packs to the hospital nurse, and she said, “These are perfect!” She even recommended using them every few hours to reduce swelling. Now that my mom is home and struggling with mobility, the included sling has been a game-changer. It keeps the ice in place without needing to reposition her, which is a huge relief. The design is thoughtful, and the quality is excellent. We’re taking recovery one day at a time, but this product has truly helped. I’m so glad I found it—and grateful for the comfort it’s brought my mom during a tough time. Highly recommend!

I think overall this product is a good knee wrap in terms of the ergonomics. However the materials are not the best. The inner compartment that holds the ice pack secures the ice pack using a Velcro strip. Opening the Velcro requires some effort and this has resulted in a tearing and fraying of the material on which the Velcro is sewn. This happened after several uses. This doesn’t affect the functionality and the wrap otherwise still works fine. Don’t know how long the pocket will last. We will see. The product comes with two sturdy ice packs which I like as you can switch them out. They maintain their cold within the wrap for a good amount of time so this is a positive therapeutic value. Notwithstanding this pocket material issue the knee wrap seems to work as expected.

First, I've only used these as a cold compress (never tried heat). I love this product for three reasons: 1) It's extremely easy to put on the wrap, it's comfortable, and I can make the wrap very tight. 2) The liner closest to the skin is thin enough to allow the ice to work, yet still provides a comfortable barrier from the gel pack itself. 3) My purchase came with two gel packs, which is ideal. The reality is that the gel packs don't hold their temperature tremendously long. However, ice is supposed to be 20 minutes on / 20 minutes off; with two gel packs, I can ice both my knees twice each by switching the gel packs. I don't have a need beyond that. Very happy with my purchase. Another review mentioned a lack of range while wearing. My intended use of this product was to "ice my knees," which pretty much means resting. I have no issues getting to/from the fridge or bathroom. But I would never try to drive a car or climb steep stairs while icing my knees. So me for, me this product did exactly what I bought it to do, which is apply easy, quick, comfortable ice to my knees to reduce swelling after exercise. Over a month later, I'm still very happy with my purchase.

I needed to find a very durable and convenient chill wrap for my knee before my replacement. I didn’t really want to use an ice machine so ordered this knee wrap after reading about the features. It comes with two gel packs that can be changed out easily. I could not be more pleased with this product. It is perfect for reducing the swelling. It is easy to use, it wraps perfectly and is adjustable. The only recommendation I would make would be if the manufacturer could perhaps put red or some other stitching on the side of the wrap that opens up. It is very hard to find the place where the wrap opens to replace the gel pack!! Obviously this is a minor issue.

excellent cold pack. I am using it post knee transplant. It is perfect to use during the day and to sleep with at night very comfortable. Holds a cold temperature for a very long time. I will purchase this item again.
