I have been tried this product for 3 weeks and I love it so much. The water jet with three adjustable water pressures is powerful to remove plaque and the dental flosser is useful to remove residue from slits. Then compact size with water jet, dental flosser, and water reservoir is convenient to carry when go traveling. That’s why when you start to use this product, you will reply on it and can’t get rid of it. Strongly recommend to those who have periodontosis problem.

I will tell everyone I know that this product is worthless unless proven that this is just a lemon.

Originally purchased in Jan 2020. Stopped working within several weeks and company sent a new one. Starting have the same problem with the new one, would stop after 10 to 30 seconds, could wait few seconds and restart multiple times. This issue has been mentioned by other purchasers. I have been living with this for several months and just decided to get something else. While the item was replaced once this problem, seems to be endemic to the unit so I don't want a third one. BEWARE OF PURCHASE.

I have a Water Pik and wanted try this out based on the reviews when I researched both brands. This one seems to clean better. I’ll receive confirmation when I go back to the dentist. UPDATE: I strive to support small businesses. But I have to enter the discrepancies with this product: The battery quit holding a charge. I followed the instructions and recommendations of the manufacturer with no improvement. I reached out to both seller and manufacturer with no response. IMPORTANT DETAILS: Purchased late December 2019 Battery issues starting occurring in February. Emails and notifications sent around the same time. It's a shame that a minor technical issue and poor customer service support leads me to suggest against the purchase of this product.

the concept is great but mine stopped working after a couple of weeks

I just get my braces, and my dentist recommends me to use this product. It’s very good for cleaning my teeth. The pressure is adjustable when I press the on/ off button. My favorite part is every 15 seconds, the brush gives me one pause to alter me moving to next cleaning area and after 2 mins the brush will give 3 pause to notify me regarding the recommended cleaning time has been reached.

I really like this set of water flosser , because my gum very sensitive and i can't using regular toothbrush so I give it a try and it work very well for my gum don't feel any pain at all.

I love this device BUT even with gentle care it breaks 'easily -i ve had 3 units in 3 years - I think the could do better,easily.
