LOVE IT!
Still driving a set of Kicker CompVR 12's with no problem. Love the clipping indicator. What else can you say about this thing, it's the low end model but it hits hard, works reliably, and just gets the job done without any fancy fluff. LOVE IT!

amazon has a note saying most returned. i don't see why it would be tagged as that. great output, underrated by at least 15%. definitely hitting 3500 - 3800 with out a doubt!! Bass control and sound quality was a big concern of mine and this would land in my top 5.

Sundown 3000.d amp
It's a great amp not gonna lie. It pushes much harder than I thought it would and sounds great when cranked up. But it doesn't push too hard at lower volumes and the clip light will blink at the peaks. Draws lots of amps so make sure your running big wire and have the output to feed it. Other than that it's great!

Great if you know how to use a high wattage amp.
I have this powering two Sundown 12" subs. I have this hooked up to XS power AGM battery and IOXUS 12V Group 31 Smart Power Bluetooth Car Audio Ultra Capacitor UC-31 using 1/0 welding cable. This amp doesn't even get warm. I'm guessing the people having fires are using copper clad aluminum wires and stock powers sources with too much draw on crappy power systems = HEAT. This is a 3000 watt amp and no your stock electrical will not power it safely. Do the Big three upgrade and use proper OFC 1/0 wire with extra power source like XS power Batteries and Ultra caps.

DO NOT BUY.
I have purchased 2 of these amps, the first time was definitely my fault the speaker wires touched and dead shorted, not complaining about that situation. Although the 2nd amp I got threw itself into protect out of nowhere , I crunk up my vehicle and the amp was in protect , everting was just fine the night before. I don’t believe this is a true sundown amp… sundown does not offer this amp on their website , the biggest SFB series amp they offer is a 1800.

This amp delivers
Paired it with a sundown 15” sub. Did big 3 upgrade, AGM battery, and 320 amp alternator. This amp delivers the power!!! Shaking my poor Jeep to pieces. Great sound quality. Performance is as advertised. Good value for the price. The bass knob is nice, too.
