I only write reviews on products i find amazing! This pillow exceeded my expectations!!!! I absolutely love it and believe me, I've gone through dozens others in search of the perfect pillow. I'm not a huge fan of firm pillows at all, I also find the softer ones lacking support. This pillow is a happy medium with the perfect balance between softness and firmness. I woke up with no neck or shoulder pain and no headache!! Yes, the pillow had a smell first out of the box, as to be expected from memory foam, but it's not a problem after airing it out for at least 24 hours and washing the cover first. The pillow seems to be of high quality memory foam, not like the ones you get at the store. I've spent so much money on pillows in search of the perfect pillow and $50 seems to be a good value for this one because of the high quality material, the relief of pain, and the quality of sleep I've been receiving. If you're experiencing neck pain and headaches I highly recommend you try this pillow!

This pillow has been a life changer for me. I have spent thousands of dollars over the years to try to find relief for a cervical injury I received in a car accident in 1997. I’ve had pillows that have helped some; but nothing ever totally relieved the pain I would feel each and every night and each and every morning. I have been sleeping on this pillow since November 2024. I’m a heavyset woman and require one that actually fits my body and it does. It allows my neck to be fully supported as well as the back of my head. I sleep with a CPAP and generally start out on my back. I usually roll over to my side at some point during the night. This pillow actually offers exceptional support in that position as well. Due to the pinched nerves in my cervical spine when I lay down on my back on other pillows, I would notice my right arm would begin the tingling that occurs when a limb is falling asleep. With this pillow, there is no transition to a sleepy limb. I fall asleep quickly, and I stay asleep all night. In response to others stating that it’s rock hard or as hard as a cement brick. I do admit it is quite a firm pillow. But it is memory foam. As you lay on the pillow and your body heat warms the memory foam it begins to cradle you with support. I sleep on a memory foam mattress and notice in the winter it’s quite hard when I first lay down. Within a few minutes, it begins to cradle my body. This pillow works the same way. I have never experienced it going flat as others have expressed. It does however do what memory foam does which is wrap you in comfort. I would say the only negative is that it is memory foam and it does heat up. If you’re looking for a cooling pillow, this is not the one. If you’re looking for a support pillow for your neck, back & shoulders, this is absolutely the one! I have spent more than twice this amount of money for a pillow only to be disappointed in the end. I highly recommend this pillow at this price. It is well worth the money.

I have only had the pillow for a short time and slept on it for about three days. I do think it is helping make a difference in how my neck feels. I need to give it more time to fully tell if it is beneficial. I will come back and amend my review next month. The pillow took a couple of days to get into shape. It comes rolled up and flattened out. Today I received an email from the seller with the below tip/information. I wish this information was included in the box because I was concerned the pillow I got was a dud since it took so long to puff up to normal size. "Once unrolled, the pillow may appear flat, please pat down & massage the pillow with some force to activate the memory foam and help it regain its intended shape. Once massaged, it may take your pillow 24~48 hours to fully expand back to its original form & firmness. 1. Find your preferred support - This pillow has two sides, each with unique support for different purposes. The neck ramp side is designed to offer neck relief & to enhance cervical alignment. The ramp serves to support and comfortably stretch your neck to relax the neck & shoulder. The airflow/snoring relief side is designed, through offering posture-improving support, to help open up your airway and relieve snoring."

On receiving the pillow it appeared well made, had a firm feel yet was squishable so appeared it would mold and sink a bit as needed. The pillow expanded quickly once removed from the packaging. (it's not vacuum packed, but is rolled in a bag) There was a smell which is frequently associated with memory foam - but it wasn't too overpowering by evening. Unfortunately, lying on this pillow was like lying on a brick. It was incredibly firm and actually hurt my neck and ears. I tried using both sides - One side was a bit too high for my neck, though I think that's because the memory foam wasn't soft enough so didn't sink a bit and mold like would normally be the case. The height seemed good for when I was on my side though, but just too hard so my ears hurt within moments. The other lower side was a bit better, but not to the point that it was comfortable either. The lower side also didn't provide enough support for my shoulders when lying on my side. One night was enough for me to know it would not work and I was not about to endure more sleepless and painful nights, so am returning. Guess the pillow search continues...

Very nice pillow. Highly recommend! I’ve had several neck surgeries-this really supports my neck

This pillow is too soft. It doesn't support my head, etc. And I wake up with neck pain near daily. I had 1 other pillow, same design that worked out better. I think either the foam has changed or I received a lemon.

Very well made! Super comfy and has helped my neck pain and my sleep. I have a cpap and it still fits great.

Finally an actually dense pillow. I needed a pillow that was extra firm. This one actually is, I’d buy it again.

I love my new pillow. I have bought over 20 pillows in the last 12 months and not one of them were comfortable. That is until I purchase this pillow. It really helps to support your neck weather laying on your back or side. Couldn’t be happier
