Fine Cut = Precision cut or visually imitates a precision cut. These stones have equal and symmetrical faceting with proper cutting angles ("critical angle') and depth. Depth is between 60% and 70% of size listed. Size can vary +-0.1mm. 2-3mm (millimeter) gems are very small - less than 1/8 inch.
AAA = eye clean, any inclusions will not be visible to the eye. Smaller sizes will have progressively less color saturation than photo (7mm).

Size:6mm-2pc beautiful material created using the volcanic ash from the eruption of Mt. St. Helens. Helenite is an abandoned trademark name and all Helenite is created by man and there is no equivalent natural counterpart. The closest natural materials are Obsidian and Volcanic Glass which are commonly black in color. The material used for our gems is no longer produced and therefore implies some rarity, but it should be noted that similar material can be reproduced at any time.
