It's good for health and kind of a luxury ingredient in traditional Chinese food. My parents like it very much, who cooked fried rice with sea cucumber and vegetables. It is very delicious.

I should have listened to the reviews who gave one star. The product has very hard inner skin and sand. You cannot return the product. Do not waste money on this.
