I thought you could only put base coat on nails. why did it suggest (*tips*: use nail strengthener to get improved). is it before or final step ?

Nail strengthener is meant to be put on your bare nails to strengthen your nails before the gel you just need to make sure that your nails are completely dried before applying the base coat. You can even wipe them with alcohol after they dry to make sure there is no residue and avoid bubbling when curing the gel. It is not included in the kit.

I ordered this product and it’s telling me it will be here in 2 months but now it’s saying you can order now and it’ll be here in 2 weeks?

I have no idea why it is doing that other then the COVID pandemic.
