**Q: Is it dishwasher safe?**
A: It is my understanding that this class is not dishwasher safe.

**Q: is the 2nd amendment etched in the glass or is the glass just clear?**
A: It's etched. The glasses are really nice, but 2 of the 3 I purchased are no more. Son in law poured cold whiskey in his and glass cracked completely around the glass.  Mine, cracks have formed from the bullet location. Not sure if the bullet gets colder than the glass, but mine's now occupying shelf space out of service. The 3rd glass given to a friend has never been used.I wrote the company twice about the issue and still haven't heard back.
