I am more than 150 pounds over weight, to be honest. I struggle with fatty liver, high blood pressure, pain around the liver area and am extremely sluggish. I am addicted to sugar, soft drinks and probably anything that is bad that leads to obesity and down the line diabetes. After a wonderful weekend in the ER and ultrasound ( and ever test a hospital can provide) I found out I have a “mildly enlarged liver”. So I started the Keto diet at the request of the doctor to lose weight. I start these pills a week before my diet and I don’t feel any side effects and I do feel the energy ( not wildly, but enough) to make it through the day and keep my mind is one step ahead of what is required of me(at work) . I am taking LOTS of other natural pills like turmeric, beet root, apple cider vinegar, milk thistle, a multi- vitamin, probiotic and green tea. (No joke- I take it all) so it’s hard to pin point what is working but I have lost 8 pounds in almost 3 weeks and on day 12 or 13 I went into Ketosis. How do I know? I got a Keto rash on my back, arms, legs, face and ears, stomach that is extremely extremely itchy. I have had it now for a week. I have been told it could go away and come back or last months. The dermatologist I saw a few days ago prescribed ointment but I still have it. I have tried Benadryl both pills and cream, hot baths , Selsan blue and nothing works. Either I find something that does or change my diet. Bottom line is that this works and I will not give up. This product has helped my Ketosis for sure, but it may not be worth it in my case. Hi, I received my vitamins today and took the recommended dose. So far no stomach issues or problems, they have no flavor even though the container smells like straight up vinegar. I like the container it's easier to take vitamins out of. They are capsules and kind of big but easy to swallow. I took the in the morning and so far they seem to help make me not hungry. I guess different people will have different results. I also like the fact that they have cayenne pepper in them that's a bonus benefit. These beat drinking the combination in a drink like I used to do. Blah! Well I hope you enjoy! **Update to the above review** Well so far with this product I've noticed that I don't have as much arthritic pain, less gas and this is so much better than drinking ACV. I like the fact that the product has no flavor and it is pretty easy to swallow. I've taken another ACV supplement and this one is by far better.
