When looking for a smart seat for our 5 gallon water crock holder, there were so many to choose from and I couldn't find any mention of one to fit our crock. Well I gave this one a try and it's wonderful. It firmly holds and pierces the bottles without any problem. I wish we had gotten it sooner. It's heavy plastic and snapped on tightly. When you 'seat' the bottle on it, it holds nice and tight like it was made for it. Couldn't be happier.

For anyone who has a Primo you know Primo would prefer you to get a whole new water dispenser if a replaceable peace breaks. Don’t do it! This top is simple in design and the build gets the job done. Since I’ve had it, it’s been pretty durable, with no leaks, and dispenses the water just fine. Since it’s kind of a one size fits all, it doesn’t secure and lock into place and would sometimes come off when changing out water jugs. Overall I don’t regret the purchase and I’m getting a good use out of it. I recommend you save your money on a whole new water dispenser and buy this quick swap instead.

Bought two of these for my old Oasis water dispensers. It's not a perfect fit but it works. I'm glad I can use the dispensers again for such a minimal amount spent on each.

My family memeber was already in a bad mood and I was putting the 5gallon bottle of water into the water machine and broke the nipple that the bottle goes on. She started to get angry and rant on and on and argue with another family member. AND within minutes, I went on Amazon searched what I needed and found it within minutes and fixed the issue they were balling over for a good price too. Fit good works the same as default even though it's a diff color than my black water machine it's just right.

The primo fits so that when you remove the bottle the collar doesn’t come along with the bottle. Unfortunately the replacement is smaller in diameter so the 4 slips don’t work and it just goes out with the bottle. Very frustrating

Bought this to replace the flimsy (and broken) piece on my Hamilton Beach water cooler. It didn't look exactly the same as the original, but the measurements were close, so I took a gamble and ordered it. Turns out to be a perfect fit! The piercing part is also much sturdier than the original one, so I'm sure this will last way longer.

This was for my water cooler and it fitted perfectly and works terrific! So happy with this purchase.

The prong on the tank seat broke off on our water cooler. This new "seat" does not screw in securely like the original one but it has given us back the prong that pops out the plug on a jug of water. This new seat moves around loosely on the top of the cooler. (We have a Vitapur water dispenser.) It is not a perfect replacement, but at least we are able to put on a new jug without getting water all over!
