Rice bran oil is absolutely the BEST oil you have probably never heard of. They don’t sell it in regular grocery stores, but it is by far one of the healthiest oils available. I’ve been using it for over 11 years showing people how to make better than restaurant crispy chicken wings from home in an air fryer, oil fryer and turkey fryer. You can reuse this oil for deep frying about 4 to 6 times or more without a bitter burnt taste. Works well deep frying and coated meat to not stick on the grill. Doesn't have a greasy texture or feel.

Love this stuff! Good for putting a crust on a steak at the end of cooking (after, say, a sous vide cook) without changing the flavor and the smoke point is very high.
