Sound is perfect, not too bass and not too tingy, quality stereo sound just as good if it was played on a bigger stereo. It's a great price and I definitely love the colour white and turquoise, it's a nice change from the regular black or grey. This comes in a variety of colours but I had to choose just one and this is very bright but not in your face bright. Will fit right in if using it in a kitchen or on the end of a small table etc. Portable by batteries or using a plug. I read a review where someone was unsure of the little black circle beneath the red light beside the lcd screen. Don't forget it's likely a sensor for the remote control.
