Winsor & Newton Professional Acrylic Medium, Matt Medium gives color a matt finish whilst also improving transparency and flow of the color, great for blending or fine detail.

Review: Great product, be mindful that it has the consistency of lotion. - A wonderful acrylic matte medium. I use it for painting miniatures, although one tip is that it is thicker than expected and produces very matte tones. I water it down greatly and put it in a small 2mL squeeze bottle.
Review: Texture is closer to Silly Putty than paint and refuses to mix with water - I found this pretty much impossible to use as it's significantly thicker than even some of my older more dried out paints. It's supposed to be able to mix with water but large pieces of goo sink to the bottom. I would look for a different brand
