Love blue. Blah Red
Love Cryoderm Blue. It feels amazing on my ankle (subtalar fusion) and shoulder (torn rotator cuff). Provides surprisingly good and lasting pain relief-more than icyhot or bio freeze. The Red pepper roll on did supply mild warmth but zero lasting effects zero pain relief. Go Blue!

Cold is solid, the hot is HOT for a LONG time.
I’ve used the spray version of the cold cryoderm for a few years and decided to try the heat one. OH MY LORD it’s hot and STAYS hot for HOURS ON HOURS. Another user review mentioned not using before bed and washing it off after a while and I whole heartedly agree. I’m nearly 24 hours later and still feel it on my knees. It feels nice but not under clothes or sheets.

Great product! We love it!
We absolutely love this product! I prefer the icier version and my husband loves the heat version! My massage therapist recommended it to me and we have been using it ever since! I even referred it to a family member who has severe back pain and it really helped! However read the directions and do not overuse as it may cause skin irritation… but we do love it and would definitely buy and recommend it to anyone!
