This is very soothing. I have it in the morning to lower inflammation in my body and start my day in a healthy way. Tastes good. I heat up some water then stir it in and drink it before or with my breakfast. Then I take my vitamins, stretch and move into the day. I’m over 50 so I am doing morning routines to fortify my health. I wish it wasn’t as expensive though I do feel better taking it. I recommend it!

Works great! The taste isn’t the best and it clumps but I can say it’s helped keep my inflammation down so I am very grateful for the product.

So I've had this stuff awhile now and couldn't leave a review because I didn't have enough time to really assess the product. Now I'm quite pleased with it and have never had a reaction to it. Except feeling relaxed. I'm one of those people with food allergies and that gets allergies to things. So il be buying more because it feels like a staple to my diet. Can't say much about the taste because I eat raw ginger and turmeric anyway 😋 If anything, its way easier to just buy this instead of cutting up my own roots.

Works great for boosting immunity! I bought it for my mom at first, and ended up getting some for myself and friends. The powder form is not the most convenient, but I almost feel that having a daily ritual of drinking a warm drink is therapeutic in a way. I mix with some hot water, and then add some oat milk, or a creamer of choice. It tastes better with dairy or dairy substitutes. The flavor is earthy and aromatic, mixes well with liquids. But just know it doesn’t dissolve so might wanna stir it up well before taking the last sips. Oh and turmeric stains, of course, so beware

Good flavor when paired with milk and honey, but even in warm milk it is hard to get it to dissolve. I always end up with a bunch of powder settled on the bottom of the cup.

Although with any medicine or supplement, it's difficult to know what a change in condition is attributable to, I believe turmeric works to moderate inflammation. This powdered supplement is the best way to take it that I have found.

Use this almost daily! Great taste
