Q: What dos it mean when it says 2x2 capacity or 2x4 capacity?

You can do a slab up to 2’ x 2’ or a slab up to 2’ x 4’ on the larger one

Q: On woodpeckers web site, it says it will handle work up to 38" x 57" on amazon, it says 24" x 48". is it the same product?

Not sure what they mean by 38 x 57 unless they are talking about one of there larger mills. They come in different sizes.
