Dense and useful in discussion

Dense book with thorough and useful overarching change theories and tools. Discussion on ethics was superficial and required supplemental material. This was used in one of my graduate courses and provided a solid backbone for knowledge and discussion.

Difficult to reference with no page numbers

I bought teh book for academic purposes however I cannot follow the referencing provided by my professor as the eBook version has no page number.This is extremely frustrating

This book was not written for American Students, may for British students. There's some British lanuage in the book.
