This is the best purchase I have made. This book explains every tiny detail for people expecting or even before planning for kids. There are so many things that, if you know before planning a kid, are helpful in this book. I would suggest buying this book in a language your elderly can read. My MIL can’t read English, so I bought this in the Gujarati language, which was very helpful because after I read it, she started reading it, and now she follows everything from the book, which works out for me very well.

Helped me a lot with the baby. I did alMost everything as told by the book. Balguti, suvarnabharit jaletc. My baby did not fall Ill so far. He is very healthy and reaching all the milestones earlier than anticipated. The aurvedic remedies suggested by the book came in handy for small complaints such as stomach ache, constipation or gas. We had to take him to the doctor for vaccination only, rest we managed everything at home with the help of this book. The recommendations for the mother and maternal care are excellent. It's a holistic approach for both mother and the baby. I recommend it wholeheartedly. I actually got the book as a gift during my pregnancy and now it's my fav gift for any expectant mothers.

Best book with every minute details for the care to be taken. A must have book for the one planning baby. There can be some tips which are different to follow but overall best book among other.
