Photos are of my 8 year old on it for reference.Pros- perfect size for anyone under 5 foot tall.Light weight and easy to assemble.Perfect for kids gameroom.Perfect for quick bedding for sleepoversZipper pouch on bottom to store pillows and other items.Cons- too small for an adult.Cupholder is flimsy feelings and doesn't appear to be too sturdy when pulled out.Velcro is on cushions is the hard part and covered by a small thin piece of fabric that will be uncomfortable unless covered by more.Low to the ground so it doesn't really match "furniture". I was hoping it would be about the same height at least but I plan on changing the feet to see if that'll help.Overall, I think it serves the exact purpose I want. A temporary seat/bed for sleepovers and when we build the bigger house this will go in a gameroom or kid room because it is perfect for kids. I will say, this doesn't seem like it will last forever if you have excited, bouncy kids.

Very disappointed with the quality of this product. It is very uncomfortable, extremely low seating, there is no way an adult would be able to sleep on this tiny prison cot. I had to cut into the fabric in order to find the screw holes to attach the back piece which should never happen. Also frustrated about the bait and switch price of $169.99 (which was listed as a sale price) and is now listed at $149.99 (on sale). Obviously they know this is a $99 or lower quality item and will keep dropping the price to flush inventory. Save your money, grab 2 pillows from Walmart and screw them onto a sheet of plywood 9 inches from the ground and you will have the same thing.

When laid out flat, it is very uncomfortable. You can feel all the metal. This can be fixed with a twin size thick foam mattress topper cut short because this futon is shorter than a twin size bed. With that being said, you can't find covers for it to fit nicely/ snug bc as mentioned it is shorter than a twin mattress and also shorter than most futons, so if you buy a futon cover.. it will be too big. I've used it as a couch and with cushions it isn't so bad if you sit long way bc it's so small.Durability is actually great. I've had this for 2 years with people sleeping on it daily in 6 month intervals if you add the days together and it still works great and holds up wonderfully. It's even been moved 3 times no issues.But to sum this up, I would not buy it again.
