YOU GUYS (and gals)... this is the best products for anal tears (anal fissures). Let's not beat around the bush. You are here because you have an 'uh oh' situation with your butt and it probably hurts like hell right? I had some awful diarrhea and it triggered a tear that, well, I had no idea something could hurt THAT MUCH. I started the sits baths, which did help a little bit, but the moment I started using this oil (I dropped around 3 drops on a tucks pad and stuck it up my ass for 5 minutes or so) around 4-5 times a day and within 24 hours the pain started to decrease. I'm now a week after and it's about 90% less pain. It works. PLEASE NOTE: check the oil on your hand or arm to make sure you do not have an allergic reaction which can cause more pain. I know some reviews said the pain felt worse. which logically would be because they might have had an allergy to it.

I struggled with a chronic fissure for years. For a number of those years, I thought I had a hemorrhoid that I just couldn’t get rid of. I used Prep H religiously as it basically lessened the pain but never healed my situation. Finally, once I got better health insurance I saw a specialist to take care of the matter. My doctor told me that I did have small hemorrhoids, but also a fissure. He treated one hemorrhoid (anticipating treating the other two later) and prescribed me Diltiazem for the fissure. The cream was great (and expensive even with insurance) and I saw great improvement that I hadn’t in a long long time. When he went back in to treat the other hemorrhoid, that was the point of no return for me. The cream was no longer working, I wasn’t living in a space in NYC that I could comfortably take sitz baths to help, and my trusty prep H wasn’t working either. This went on for about a year of me trying different options. My doctor recommended another specialist who basically told me everyone has hemorrhoids and to leave them alone, the severe pain is coming from my fissure. So he gives me surgery options and because I’m so young (23 at the time) he didn’t want to split the sphincter muscle since I might have kids and that might cause incontinence down the road...so we went with Botox injections...The procedure was fine, the healing process was the most painful experience of my life. And I’m not a weakling, I’d say my pain tolerance is up there. Even after the Botox wore off (3 months later) I was still in pain. I didn’t like the other options my doctor suggested so I decided to do more research and most importantly - prayed about it. I’ve tried everything guys, even anal sex numbing cream and lube...Finally I came across this product. The reviewers described situations similar to mine and were very pleased with the product. I decided to give it a chance since I’ve exhausted all options and it really isn’t expensive. I’ve spent more in co-pays at this point. I purchased this along with a toilet sitz bath. I used the product about twice a day. And sometimes adding a few drops to my sitz bath which I did maybe 3 times a week. I saw dramatic healing within two weeks. You don’t need a lot of it since it’s an oil. Literally just one or two drops is enough and it smells minty. Because of this whole experience, I’ve lost faith in our healthcare system and am getting more into wholistic healing. I thought I was just going to have to live with this pain, but I’m so grateful this product has healed me. I’ve gone on to buy more of Forces of Nature’s products which I’ll review later on. It’s working great but it’s a bummer half of it spilled while in transit to me. Will need to order a second bottle and I am just going to pray it doesn’t do it again

I had a reaction to nuts which caused diverticulitis (I had no clue what this even was) I began having multiple bowel movements daily, for a person with hemorrhoids that's a fast path to the worst pain pain you've ever felt. So I ended up with a hurting belly that finally shut down on me, a crazy aching hemorrhoid, 2 well placed fissure and on the way out the waste burned the insides of my butt cheeks... the perfect storm... I tried pure aloe, Vaseline, witch hazel, coconut oil, olive oil, aquaphor, butter paste, prep H, fissure cream, lidocaine and corn starch. EVERYTHING 🔥 🔥 🔥. The only thing that helped was a plain water bath or ice packs. And let's not forget the stool softeners... After a while my skin got chaff from do much water, but it was the only thing that managed the burning and pain. I tried BC Powder, Naproxin, ibuprofen and nothing even touched the pain. I was taking 1000 mgs. I have a sensitive stomach so I couldn't keep that up because I couldn't eat. I was too afraid. I lived in fear of the bathroom. The bidet was a great help but that never stopped the fissures from happening. I began taking sleeping pills to sleep at night. 6 weeks of hell with no reprieve or relief. I wanted to die. I cried all day and even in my sleep. By the time found this product i was willing to try almost anything, a 15 minute ride to the doctors office put me in so much pain, my blood pressure was 148. I'm normally 117. I got sick at 254 lbs and 6 weeks later I'm at 219. I read the reviews and decided to try 1 more time. It didn't burn... I cried. I'm still crying. The relief is glorious. It stopped the burning. I'm still afraid to overuse it so being that it's almost midnight, I will wait to reapply in the morning... the scariest/most painful time of the day for me. I never know how long is going to take me to recover after a bm... We'll see what happens.

Absolute life saver and a miracle!! I've struggled with an incredibly painful fissure for Four months. I was in so much pain I couldn't complete a day of work and would lay on a heating pad for hours after a BM. This was my last resort before requesting surgery. Forces of Nature knocked my pain down from a 10 to a 7 instantly on day one. After one week my pain is nearly gone completely. Buy the bigger bottle.

Does not work at all! Made my pain worse not better. I made the mistake of purchasing two bottles of this stuff because I foolishly believed the good reviews and was so desperate to find relief for my extremely painful anal fissure. When I applied this stuff exactly as directed it caused such horrific burning and made my pain skyrocket. The burning lasted for hours after I used it. And yet, I continued to want to believe it would help me so I continued using it two more times. Each time I got the same result from it - horrific burning pain. It did not help me in any way. It did nothing but compound my problem.

After reading all the good reviews about this product and the fact that it stated it’s 100% natural, I was keen to try it. When the item arrived I used a small amount to test the effectiveness. It gave me an itch and made my skin super sensitive! A burning sensation! I discontinued the use and had to recover from the effects and had to use steroid cream to recover. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone, I’m very disappointed! ALSO what's with the dripper?

This is a fantastic product and if used as instructed, works brilliantly. Even if you don't use it as frequently as recommended, it is still effective. After a long time of living with fissures and discomfort, this stuff healed them quickly. My partner has used it too with equal success. I wish that I had found it sooner. I looked on Amazon at various products to treat the issue and this one stood out because of the reviews, an added bonus that it is all natural. It seemed pricey to me for such a small quantity, but it is well worth it if you are suffering, especially if other remedies have not worked. I only had to use it for a few days and never again since, so there is plenty left. It's not a subject that you would generally discuss but I would have no problem recommending this product.

This product is amazing, I read the reviews on the website and thought I will try this remedy, when the parcel arrived it came with in two days, I opened the parcel and I thought what is this, a small bottle with a dropper for the ointment to come out. my initial thoughts this will not work, I have been mislead but i had not, please read on .i had a bowel operation 12 years ago and the operation was a success but I still had rectal pain after a normal bowel movement. no straining or anything like that. I tried this ointment 5 drops twice a day out side the rectum and with in 3 days the pain had gone I was totally amazed , I am still using the ointment there is enough for 90 applications, i have recently converted back to wearing close fitting mens briefs and this has not ruined my briefs.it has working for me and i am pain free.i hope this ointment works for you.

Soothing, and not unpleasant to apply but it runs out very quick and sadly did not heal my fissure. I won't be buying this again but i'm glad I tried it.
