A little works perfectly.
I use a tiny amount of this stuff, just up to the first thread inside the cap, every night in water or juice. It doesn't cause a bathroom emergency, it just softens the stool enough that constipation is a thing of the past. I'm unaware of any effect, unless I stop using it. Then my gut hurts.

The best I have tried by far
My doctor recommended it and it has been great for me. No taste and dissolves easily. I use squirt a liquid drink enhancer to add some nice flavor. It works smoothly and gently and is very effective. It’s a great product.

Don't throw your $$$ away
This works as well as the name brand . Since I have to import this to where I live (outside the USA now) All the other versions (name brands) of this are not sold in Country( where I'm living now , I have yet to understand why ) . I had to try this . I had used Miralax for years when I lived in the USA and paid the cost for it.. What a waste of $$$$ . I can not tell any difference between the 2 . Because of the meds I take ,everyday, I have to take this , everyday , to keep regular . Give it a try , the seller has always shipped in a timely manor and I do not run out now . Anybody who needs to use this on a regular basis understands what happens if you don't have it for a few days ... IMO, Not a place you want to be ... I had no choice for trying it or not , This is the only "brand" allowed into my Country ...Why ??? I have no idea , but I can't' complain since it works as good and for less $$$ ( although import tax and shipping bump up the price ,big time ... When you need it , you pay it ....
