Swagtron Swagcycle EB-11 Cruiser Electric Bicycle with Removable Battery, Black

This bike was really as easy to assemble as the video suggests. It took me no more than fifteen minutes to do. Everything fits together well. Excellent workmanship.It is a smooth riding cruiser, as advertised. It achieves the speeds advertised, too. In terms of battery life, I don't really know as I have not ridden more than an hour and half between charges. But at that point, I had traveled 15+ miles and the display showed I had 75% left on the battery. Highly recommended, the first 10 days.

I like I can climb up a hill with very little pedaling effort. Great for older riders.

Front forks not spread apart enough the install front wheel easily alone. Front fender was damaged (dented) in shipping by the way packed for shipping. Had to create an account to get a replacement fender. Replacement fender took a month to get and that fender was scratched on delivery, packaged well so replacement fender had to be scratched before shipping. Seat not real comfortable to me.

First watch video's on utube before assembling. The directions that come with it are useless. If you have assembled a bike before its not to bad. Im 69 and have put a few bikes together. I would say under a hour of assembly time with part of it unpacking it and cutting off about two dozen zip ties! Also will say I purchased a few days ago then seen the price drop by 100 bucks. Got on the phone with Amazon and they refunded the difference back to me. Cool.

I’ve had my bike for one month now I am very happy. I took it to the local bike shop to have it assembled properly though I probably could’ve done it myself very easily. I use it for running around my town we do have hills and makes it very easy to negotiate some of the steeper hills for the price I don’t think you can go wrong this is my first E bike.Update after one year.I have been happy with my EB 11 Swagtron until the battery would not hold a charge. I have contacted customer support many times with zero success. I would have to say do not buy this bike they have no customer support. I cannot get a working replacement battery for this bike the bike is now useless keep this in mind the batteries don’t last forever and when it comes time to replace them you will not be able too.

I wish I could give this bike a zero star grade!!! I’ve tried contacting the company several times with no reply!! I’ve had this bike for a year now and literally everything has stopped working. I had to buy a new kickstand right away, the battery has stopped charging, the throttle gauge that shows all the bike info is not waterproof so I have to keep a plastic bag over it at all times. It’s a piece of junk! The instructions to put this bike together were absolutely horrible. It should be super simple but it wasn’t. The instructions were so small and hard to read and not helpful I did several things wrong and had to redo them.

I bought this electric bike to ride with my wife, who bought a Phantom Swirl that she loves. It's a better bike, but it's more expensive and is a ladies stepover bike with a basket. I wanted a men's beach cruiser type. Her bike goes up to 20-22 mph, this Swagtron only goes up to 13 mph. When we were caught in the rain she switched to 5th gear and was home in less than 10 minutes, it took me 15+ minutes to get home and dry.My riding style is to use it as a regular bike 90% of the time and just use the electric power for a boost up hills or on longer rides. A longer ride to me is 10 miles or more, and I know that's not long for some folks.We live in Florida, so the weather is great for bike rides.

I was truly impressed how the bicycle was packaged. I watched the assembly video before the bike came and i mimicked the assembly procedure and all went very very smooth!So far I am very pleased with the quality of the product. I strongly recommend this product!
